1 Royal Literary Fund Exercise: black, red, green pen
                                                 Black = blatant instruction.
                                                 Red = reference points. 
                                                 Green - a hint that the question gives on how to proceed.
2 Mnemonics. They create a striking visual image in your mind.
3 Give a speech. 

You can TCR music, poetry or self development material for internal knowing.
